A symmetrycal reflection of a small bay in Los Haitises, Dominican Republic. This is my first try with the Orton effect.

I found this scan of an old photo from way back when I was using film and my old Minolta (which reminds me that I have to fix the stuck mirror) while looking in my backups from about 7 years ago. It's a corner of my dad's old dresser, you can see his eyes in an old black and white photo through the bottle's little handle.

The Miami skyline as seen from Key Biscayne (actually from Virginia Key)... I was coming back from Parrot Jungle (actually from the Miami Seaquarium, my memory is kind of failing me) and had to stop and take this picture. Photo straight from the camera, just the resizing for upload.

I finally got around to uploading what little I have done with the new camera.

This is actually my first HDR, it's from 5 images at +2 stops. A lot of post processing in CS2.

Can you believe this is actually the interior of a monument, it's an old Colonial Fortress Tower.

My new toy... Finally I have a new camera that will take pictures worth posting. Hopefully I'll be coming back more often now.
