      Do these guys srsly not crash as much as the old boxes? If yes, yay for every refdesk staffer. But now desk clerks will need to know shell commands :-D

      Ya rly! There's a new farm backing these up too, and we don't use citrix anymore. They're running like champs so far.

      No shells needed. They can image themselves from USB drives. So just plug and go. Presuming you can press 'Y' and 'Enter'
