if you're wondering where i disappeared off to, that's where. range is as high as 102 and as low as 99. something. the only good thing is that i don't have a cough, runny nose, or tummy troubles (so not flu). and i have a steig larsson book to keep me company.

getting into the spirit (YIP: 334)
and trying out embroidery again. go easy, as this is my second attempt (and this is after i decided that some directions that simply do not work out after the 5th attempt are just bs and tried different things). it is not perfect or most even, but it looks shades prettier and it's not going to fall apart. lesson worth repeating-- if things don't work out for you-- especially if it's something that's been done successfully time over time for most people-- it's not you. it's just that these particular directions are not working out for you, and that there are always different ways of doing the same things, and it is NEVER wrong, especially if the end result is same.

lazy sunday (YIP: 331)
i don't think we did a thing except to wake up, go to brunch, drink coffee in the sun (it was lovely and warm out), eat dinner, and watch hulu.
