Here he is just posing with Alix. Service dogs in training can still be cuddled if we ask them a command. Like this, they get used to wheelchairs, and we get to cuddle a puppy!

Now Alix is in intern training. In 6 months, she will meet a group of people, waiting for their dog. There are more dogs than bosses, just to be sure there is a good match and no couple is forced on eachother because they are 'the last ones left'. The dogs that did not fall in love with someone, wait 6 more months. If a boss who's service dog died, needs a fast follow up, they check first if it is a match with the dogs who are ready and waiting.
