Tsutenkaku

Tennoji is Osaka's seediest area. If violent crime did exist in Japan, you would definitely find it here. But since this is Japan, you can walk through this part out of town in your underwear and not be bothered.

Sadly, this part of Tennoji has fallen on hard times as the Umeda and Namba areas have taken over as the cities hot spots. Homeless people exist all over Japan, and Tennoji is half homeless people.
