Pernil in the oven![]() I made a Puerto Rican style pernil with a 7 pound pork shoulder. This is a picture of it in the oven. I marinated it overnight in a paste of onions, garlic, thyme, oregano, paprika, orange zest, and assorted other spices and salts.
