Munich subway station opened 2003-10-18, the picture is taken on the following day.
The architect Franz Ackermann was pretty delighted to hear that the newspapers called this station Munich's most beautiful subway station on the day of its opening.

Abgefahrenes Bild, im warsten Sinne des Wortes. Die Spiegelung oben gefällt mir besonders, das muss man erstmal verstehen.

Ich stehe auf der Zugangsebene zum Bahnsteig, direkt überm Gleis. Schau dir mal das Bild in groß an, am anderen Bahnsteigende ist das in etwa gleich. Von dort hat man ne recht gute Übersicht über die ganze Bahnsteigshalle.
