I recall being on a first class flight from NY to Pittsburgh. I wasn't expecting anything on such a short trip but they served the best airline meal I've ever had, of a lovely poached salmon filet with dill / dijon mustard demi-glace, a beautiful bibb lettuce salad, on a lovely china place setting.

I've never flown anything but coach. The food isn't worth a photograph, even if I had a digital camera.

My favorite was on BA, where they had a printed menu in two languages, and the Russian version said something like "chicken translation needed" [sic, in Russian]. I *did* save it, and perhaps this summer when we move I will find it!

This is hilarious! Do post it when you find it!
