After a very long hiatus from Flickr, I think I'm back for a bit. I hadn't uploaded anything for a long time because I became fed up with the quality of my printer/scanner combo deal, and I couldn't bring myself to pay the lab fees, either. So, for my birthday, I got an Epson v600 Photo Scanner. So far I'm pleased. Most of these were done straight out of the box, with very little tweaking afterwords.

This picture was scanned from Velvia 100 slide film, and I like it much better than the previous version, here: www.flickr.com/photos/edselroad/3478778208/, although perhaps it is a bit red.
