	ed ludwick says: Thanks everyone. After flipping through them, there is an order to it. But the entire alphabet is on both sides. So I'm not sure how this would have been used. 	ed ludwick says: Nope, not a hospital. Just abandoned stuff at an industrial site. Although I have been in an abandoned hopital that left behind their records.
