Teaching how to use a mouse

It's hard to explain how/why you use a mouse if you haven't ever used a computer. Luciano was curious and asked me - so we learnt together how a mouse works, with a stone in hand and me drawing in the dirt. Luciano will hopefully see a computer for the first time in his life in a couple of months, and is trying to learn as much as possible beforehand. Having learnt to program on paper and tested my own first programs years after being written (when I first saw a PC with BASIC), and having learnt most of the language out of a printout I found in a garbage bin, I empathized right away.

It's hard to see due to the harsh light, but we are enthralled, and we are having a good time.
