is it "affordable housing" approved
or something?? I'm not sure how that's worked
out there.. In SoCal it seems like we are
unable to purchase a home because it's too
expensive but our annual income is out of the
"affordable housing" range so we
are still renting. I don't know how it's
handled with renters though.. I'm assuming
it's a state by state thing. It sounds like
it could be discrimination.. what maybe it
should say is something like:
"rent is _____ (sec 8/ fema
OK)."
