FINALLY!! (Brown Pelican)

I've been trying to catch one of these for a while.........My mistake was trying along the Atlantic shore.......The "secret" was a tidal pond about 300 yards away from the shoreline.

Surfing Hurricane Katia's Swells

Beavertail, off the Southern tip of Jamestown Island. Rhode Island. The swells were monstrous and beautiful......A few surfers took advantage....My guess as to the height of the swells; Around 10 feet+. (Cropped & Edited of course)
