The graph is misrepresenting the data. For example, HSBC (lower right) has gone from 215 to 97, so it is roughly cut in half, but in the graph the green circle is less than a quarter of the area. It looks like the market caps are incorrectly reflected by the diameter rather than the area of the circle. Citi is extremely exaggerated..... they're slightly less than 1/10 of what they were, which is far from what the graph shows.
