Most of the marks look like punctures and scratches inflicted by teeth. I checked some of the other photos I took of this turtle and there is defiantly a V shaped pattern of marks on it's lower right side. You can sort of make it out in this picture. Most of the larger blotches of discoloration look like they were inflicted by the same animal, probably a smaller shark (but maybe a large moray eel) as it moved the shell around in its mouth to get a better grip and crush it.

Apart form these marks, the turtle looked pretty healthy. I don't think any of those injuries look like they were caused by a propeller, but I could be wrong.
