Remembering our fallen officers

This week is National Police Week, and today was National Peace Officer's Day. This day is celebrated with a memorial service to remember and honor fallen law enforcement officers.

In Tipton County, members of local law enforcement agencies gathered to remember those we've lost. Meanwhile, inside the justice complex behind us, a jury was deliberating the sentence for a boy who was convicted of killing TN State Trooper Calvin Jenks Wednesday. It's been quite the emotional week!
