      There are some fantastic hills around there... I like how the city seems to show off the beauty of its setting, rather than occlude it.

      You're quite right bealluc, I think Wellington does a great job of showing that off. It's one of things I love about it. Sometimes the quality of architecture and town planning leaves a lot to be desired, but they're getting there slowly, I think.

      Wellington is (physically, and a little socially) defined really by three things: Harbour, Hills, and the not too infrequent Howling Wind. :)
