• Veronica is a 30 gig iPod photo and was a gift from my son after he bought a new video iPod - thanks for the great gift, Earl!
  • The ear buds are from my Sony cd Walkman - I like the sound of them better than the original iPod buds.
  • Left ear black, right ear orange - the black cover wore out so I replaced it with an orange one. Helps me to know which one goes in which ear early in the morning, too!
  • 2,493 songs so far! This one is "Never Know" by Jack Johnson from In Between Dreams - excellent singer/songwriter.
  • Most songs by an artist: Jimmy Buffett, 172.
  • Favorite podcasts: Mosaic; alt.NPR Groove Salad; Bono & Jack Johnson Rolling Stone interviews; RELEVANT; NPR Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me
  • Dav Koz & Friends Smooth Jazz Christmas album: what was playing on Dec. 16 when I fell on black ice and fractured my shoulder in two places and sprung some ribs.
  • 417: appx. miles walked with Veronica since November '05. (2.9 miles per day x 6 days a week minus injury recovery days.)
  • iPod arm band - works great. Before I got it I carried Veronica in my pocket. I can't believe she didn't break when I fell. She just kept on playing!
  • 16: number of high energy A.M. Walk Tunes playlists that I made for walking + one that Earl made for me.
  • 36:18 - my best time ever for the 2.9 miles.

    @ Dee's comment - I don't have an Ipod either. I do have a small MP3 player.

    It's really just because I've never bothered to get one (Ipod), but I think I'll tell people it's because I'm so cool I buck the trends. lmao!
