This is a pile of used water cooler bottles that were stacked for sale at The Pottery in Lightfoot, Virginia, just outside of Williamsburg.

I bet I could spend 1/2 day shooting those bottles! I would get all macro crazy, then grab the flash and some gels and make all kinds of trippy stuff :)

Thanks Boston Matt! If I had macro capabilities on my digital, I'd be right in there with you! I got my camera for my 50th, almost four years ago, and 2.0 megapixels was pretty advance. It is rugged and reliable, though. If there was an inexpensive way to convert film to digital on cd, I would pull out my old Pentax K-1000 - I have some decent lenses and filters for it!

Try playing w/ that PnS digital, you might be suprised how well it can handle macro shooting.
