I have bought it - but only because my employment allows me to claim things like that back.

I do like it, although there are a LOT of effects that I wouldn't ever use.

Overall, I'd have to say there isn't anything you couldn't do yourself using photoshop but it does offer the effects in a pre-packaged manner. All the effects just tweak already existing photoshop settings (at least as far as I can tell) but they can be very, very time consuming to do manually.

Would I recommend it? Probably :-)
