Karrimor Summit WP(Waterproof)

Just got myself a hiking/all terrain shoes for my winter trip in Japan this Feb. Should come in handy protecting my feet from cold rains.

I never actually did proper product shoot other than figurines. I hope i'm doing it right.
I only have 2 external flash and went the dark bg route as my room is a mess :p
Both flash with snoot, 1 positioned at 4 O-clock, another at 10 O-clock

After so many tries to get the best exposure balance, this is the best shot i had.
Guess I get too carried away w/ the swirl thus picture became messy.
How I did this was I get white LED to lit her face for few seconds, put on the red film/gell and do the swirl.

my 1st lightpainting try, using some cheapo LED maglite-knockoff with red color gel.
The red doesnt seem to glow. Guess im doin it wrong
