Hogarth's Tomb

St Nicholas' churchyard, Chiswick, west London. Hogarth, the great engraver, painter and satirist, lived nearby and died here in 1764. He was given this fine tombstone, which reflects his artistic talents and also boasts an engraved poem by the actor/manager David Garrick.
