An interesting photograph the composition and exposure really work for me, however, I find the 'plant' on the right in the foreground really distracting. Not sure what sure what you could have done about it as i like the rest of the the comp. Maybe soften it up a bit.
Just me opinion.

Wonderful atmospheric image - worthy of Tolkein. Re: waterfall - yes it is - best place to get to the falls is from the village of Penderyn.
The wlak is 40 mins from the village. It has a steep descent into the gorge and it is then possible to walk from here to the other falls in the area. It is a must see place
