There's so much wrong. A run-on sentence of only five words, an apostrophe, quoted 'flavoured' (not in American spelling, either!), and worst of all, the very idea of chocolate-flavored cotton candy.

The spelling of 'Flavoured' is acceptable as the picture was not taken in America, hence the 'From America' quote, which would not be used had the sign been in America.
