this makes me smile, do you think Buzz and and Neil were fighting at the air lock? "Me first! "no me, I'm the captain!'

Love it! The reflection, the expression, the costume!
Nice ink work, you are a constant bee :o)

I can't zoom in on it, but did you use some pointillism on the mask? Very good detail! Keep up the great work!

    Such nice comments! Thank you.

Robert, pointilism? Yes. I posted a link to the LARGE VIEW. (ADDED 0111: Oops! Robert, I found out that pointillism involves color, whereas what I am using is stippling.)

Baz, Neil obviously won that battle, but Buzz was immortalized in most of the photographs. Here is a link to commentary on some of the Apollo 11 photographs.

LOL. So ironic that I made my leaping dog comment today on one of your sketches and just now come across your sketch of the scene from the original infamous words!

cah, I looked at some of the posts on youtube. I can see where you can believe that landing on the moon in 1969 was a hoax.

I choose to believe that it happened.

  17. cahbazm [deleted] (76 months ago | reply)

you believe in american patriotic propaganda, to win or create war . :) (ignore me im being an asshole)

  18. DUCKMARX (76 months ago | reply)

I see the link being made between landing on the moon and American imperilism. My experience of those times in America was of a struggle with Communism. Was my experience influenced by propaganda? Of course it was. Was propoganda as ubiquitous then as it is now? No.

The landing on the moon conspiracy theory is propaganda in that it is a red herring issue. Wether you and I agree on the landing on the moon is a diversion. The real issue is can you and I have a discussion, can we listen and hear each other, can we communicate in spite of our disagreements.

Thanks for your last (parenthetical) comment, by making it, you contradict it. A true asshole can't consider the possibility that he/she is one.
