Cabbage

    Red cabbage is good eatin'

    "the Ultimate Simplicity":
    One red cabbage
    one large smoked sausage.

    Heat 2 tbsp. oil in pan
    Add sliced cabbage and toss in oil for 2 min.
    Add sliced sausage and toss for 2min more
    Add 1/3 bottle of beer, cover pan, heat to low and simmer for 20 min.

    Eat with good bread and remaining contents of bottle of beer
