Looking Downwind

Looking Downwind by Dru!.
This is the view of the other side of Highway 97 from where I took the other Oregon Sky picture. This side is not irrigated. I guess this part of Oregon is naturally somewhere between a steppe and a desert.

Another great mood shot, Dru. I always find when I cross into this part of Oregon, the feel of the semi-desert changes. Above all, it is the smell of juniper that seems to dominate.

Not many junipers around here! Just sage and grass.

Boy that's pretty open space, nice grasslands and sage, the sky is gorgeous.
