      Dawson Creek area?

    4. 21mickrange (59 months ago | reply)

      I'll guess Vanderhoof to start

    5. Dru! (59 months ago | reply)

      Not Dawson Cr. or Vanderhoof.

Is it north of a line drawn east-west through Williams Lake ?

      Somewhere in the Okanagan?

    8. Dru! (59 months ago | reply)

      No and no.

Is this in the Fraser Valley ?

      East of the Rockies?

South of Williams Lake almost rules that out ...
Is the nearest Pub in 100 Mile House?

    12. Dru! (59 months ago | reply)

The nearest pub is not in 100 Mile. But for this location nearest in time and nearest in distance might be two different things. It sure isn't east of the Rockies!

I want to get off of that road to the closest numbered highway. Is it going to be #20 between Bella Coola and Williams Lake?

I agree with the comments on the colours; very vibrant. Great shot. I see where the DC comments would come in; the boss has a bunch of photos that feel like this.

Anyway. Looks flat, but I get the sense of going uphill. Having eliminated the Okanagan and Churn Creek (that'd be my guess, too), I'm thinking maybe somewhere creeping out of the Okanagan east, like the Christina Lake area...?

      Lac la Hache area?

    21. Dru! (59 months ago | reply)

It is not all that near to Hwy 20, or Lac la Hache, or Christina Lake.

      Somewhere near Chapperon Lake?

    23. Dru! (58 months ago | reply)

Yep, about 3km south of the south end of the lake, near Harry's Dam.

Wow, i didn't expect my guess to be that close! It looks much better there in summer than in winter
