Some people don't notice street art. But actually, it makes drab walls more colourful.

Wonderful. Excellent use of selective coloration (is there such a word?).

I'm always amazed how many people just walk right by without ever noticing their surroundings. (On the other hand, before I caught the flickr bug, I was probably one of those people.)
