'naner bread rocks. My wife is busy making different things with zucchini lately, 'cause it's in season at our Community Supporter Agriculture Farm (http://www.honeybrookorganicfarm.com/). Zucchini bread, zucchini muffins, zucchini chocolate bundt cake... ZOMG! Awesome. Every one of 'em.
