Decided to pick up the tamron 90 f/2.8 macro. This thing is crazy sharp! Looking forward to getting out and shooting some macros and portraits with it.

Note the blue crashing waves! There has been a massive phytoplankton bloom the last two weeks. At night, these organisms produce a blue bioluminescence when they are mechanically disturbed, such as breaking waves or when fish swim by. These organisms use the enzyme luciferase to decompose luciferin, producing light.
