A year ago I got thrown and landed shoulder-first. It healed to about 90%, but annoys me now and again (the snowshoeing trip really bothered it), and I can't do pushups with it.

Turns out I strained my pectoralis major and minor, and have some inflammation in the AC joint. Nothing wrong with the bones.
