I always love the delicate yellow shading of petals like this, and some stunningly intricate detail at the centre.

Something about the colours here - the blue sky, the green leaf, the red blossom - just make me really like this overall effect. There's some great detail captured as well around the "fuzzy" areas.

Really nice colouring to these flowers, and I like the contrast in the lighting from the burn-out where the sun has hit the edges of the petals, so the more shadowy areas.

Love the sun coming through here, and the contrast into the shade.
