joker (and his mum) I'd be honoured. It's the
lawyer in you, but I totally understand
because I have a librarian in me. lawyers and
librarians I find have a lot in common.
I have somewhat of an idea, having a couple
friends with this gift. However, I do
understand the message. Impossible to get
into another's head and truly feel...
Tis an incredible photo, and wonderful
reminder that the glass can always be half
full if we choose it to be so.
Thank you for sharing your creation in our
Expressing Your Emotions Thread!
Great photo! The framing is perfect.
Unfortunately, I know nothing about the
syndrome. But I think I understand the
message. Thanks so much for sharing :) The World Through My Eyes Expressing Your Emotions - Motivator
I, as well have no idea but am learning more
every passing day through your photos and
commentary. It's important (I feel) for more
people to be aware and I thank you for
allowing us a glimpse into your life, so we
can be more aware! The photo and words you've chosen here are
very eye catching and thought provoking. Inspirational thread in The World Through My Eyes
My cousin has autism - some of the symptoms
are very similar. He doesn't like to be
touched etc; Great photo and poster. (The World Through My Eyes - Inspirational
Thread) a fave
Norma- I've had this on my wall at work
(Disability Rights individual/family
advocacy), and people comment on it every
week. It's one of about 70 posters in my
office, and by far one people are most drawn
to--say things like "I never thought of
my kid that way" or "I like being
different too."
After reading this for months, even through
super-aspie eyes, I failed to notice that
there's a minor typo-- "agpergers" Of course it was another aspie who pointed it
out. Thought you might like a heads up...
A definite favorite. I am a music therapist
and often work with individuals with
Asperberger's syndrome. Would you mind if I
passed this link on to a few of my
clients/parents - they might appreciate a
supportive poster such as this?

What is it they say about the eyes being the windows to the soul? Either way, this is a great shot. It really hit me. Thanks. :-)
