Rainy Day at Bus-stop

It was cold as hell today while raining when I took this shot. my lens were starting to fog up soon enough, but I'm glad about how this shot turned out.

Light photoshop work done to add texture. I don't know how well it worked, but its my first time trying it.

This not levelled shot somehow works for me. It reinforces the message of how everyone (pedestrians and even yourself) are all in a rush on a cold rainy day. Are those white stuff outside the bus shelter snow/flurry?

When you mention you add texture in PS, do you mean you add grain? Just curious.
