This is a graffiti from downtown Houston. Saddly this graffiti has been vandalized since the picture was taken.

Hey, could we use this image in our Pangea Day short film entry... we'd be using it in a very fast montage, it'd appear for only 2 frames and we'd of course put you in the credits (please send me your full name).

It's OBEY propaganda. If you look closely at the small star at the bottom right-hand corner you'll see Andre the Giant, a symbol used for OBEY. And to answer your question, tonbon, the AK has a flower in the gun barrel, signifying peace not war.
