Francis Ford Coppola (on Skype)

Story: At the last minute, it was decided to do an "event" with FFC for his new movie "Tetro". Since he could not be there in person, it was decided to tele-cast him by Skype to the theater via...Rob's hacked together system.

(The Cinema Arts Centre, where professionalism comes way after saying "yes!" to things we are unsure if we can technically do.)

This was the laptop with Coppola on Skype (seriously), which was then fed to our digital projector and wired to our sound system. Mics were setup in the theater so the audience could ask questions.

Rob gets all the credit for setting it up and I get credit for not tripping on any wires while shooting this. Cablevision's Optonline gets credit for being the worst ISP ever with their terrible bandwidth (seriously, you guys suck--we're gonna drop you like a condom on Prom night).
