DESCRIPTION: Mounted gelatin print of an unidentified group of people at the Arlington Grove picnic grounds near Melvin, located southeast of Denver. This site was located in an area that later became part of Cherry Creek State Park. Men, women and children in the photo range in age from around 2 to 50. All the people are wearing hats, women wear long dresses. One young woman holds an autoharp. The young man next to her has a piece of cloth on his leg with the word "Ida" on it.
