I have been looking at this and bags like it for a while. 1 Question about the compurover aw can I put my 17"powerbook in the laptop compartment and also carry a regular folder or legal pad in the other compartment. Or is the main compartment too short for a legal pad?

The upper main compartment of CompuRover AW is too short for a legal pad. If you want put a legal pad, you put it in the laptop compartment with PowerBook. But It might considerably have impossibility, depends on the thickness of the legal pad. By the way, I am putting A4 thin, clear file case with 15" MacBook Pro in laptop compartment.

      Hi!
I'm on the verge of buying a CompuRover AW backpack, but I've just found out that British Airways (on which I'll have to fly on my next journey) limits the hand-baggage dimensions to approximately 22x18x10 inches (56x45x25cm).
Would it be possible for you to measure the overall size of this backpack for me, in order to know if it will be allowed on board? I would not want to check my camera equipment in, and the lowepro site only lists internal dimensions of the backpack, which are not very useful in this circumstance.
      Thanks a lot in advance!!

Hi, Sciamano. I'm sorry to be late for reply, because I'm in travel. And I am not bringing the backpack, therefore I cannot measure it.
After it returns, I can measure it if you hope.

Thanks for your help, in any case!

      hey,

I want to buy the smallest backpack possible that that fits my 15" macBook and my Canon Rebel with 135mm lense attached (!) + some gadgets. Which of the 3 would you recommend?

Hi, just came across this fantastic bag after searching in flickr. Do you mind posting pictures in action? I would like to see the size of it when carrying on your back. I'm not that tall and like to use this as a everyday bag.
      Thanks!
