Er, my *new* keyboard belonged to someone else?!?!?

Just bought a brand new Mac Pro...

Upon turning the computer on and setting up keyboard for the first time, it pairs with "Amirhossein Navab's keyboard"

So basically, the keyboard and mouse Apple sent me had already been used by this dude.

Apple say the cheeky so-and-s must have returned it to apple and 'claimed it hadn't been used' to avoid the restocking fee.
