You don't earn them. You get a set amount per week. You need them to call meetings. For example; if you want to call a meeting with 2 co-workers for 30 minutes that's going to cost you 4 tokens.

This all started when I realized that most people call one hour meetings becuase that's the default on Outlook and Google Cal. If you start a meeting at 9 the end time auto-populates to 10. People are lazy and start thinking of that as the default right amount of time for a meeting.

& another point i meant to include -
1. for all the rubish meetings called,
its amazing what gets done unofficially at lunch
or around the vending area, smoking area etc.
always threatened to start smoking (cigarettes)
to be in on certain info.

2. a lot happens in pre- & post-meeting

3. a lot of substance happens in the last few minutes
of a one hour scheduled meeting
