70 North Union Street, Burlington, Vermont USA • The unique feature of this brick Italianate property is the entrance doorway where the brackets, piers and consoles have been united in one vertical, undulating form. The square central block features a [slate sided] Mansard roof, while the 1x3' pavilion in front supports a pedimented gable. … It became an apartment house in 1920.
