All Spun Up Merino
![]() This is the All Spun Up superwash merino spinalong fiber for May - a birthday present to myself since I have been dying to make handspun socks. The spindle is a .45 oz cherry Golding Tsunami (another birthday present) and this is my first time spinning merino, which is why it looks a little thick and thin; I practiced on an Ashland Bay merino/silk blend, so merino all by itself doesn't seem quite as challenging. Since I'm spindling, I expect this to take approximately forever - hopefully I can finish in a few months.

Pretty pretty pretty! I envy your golding! Is it true that they're incredibly well balanced and long spinning?
