Gentleman's Fancy Sock Leg

This is Nancy Bush's Gentleman's Fancy Sock from Knitting Vintage Socks - I thought this pattern and the Trekking yarn might be a bad match, but I quite like how it's coming out - the color changes matching the ribbing pattern on the leg was a coincidence.
