Burger Bar - Lunch

    Rossini Burger - Kobe burger with truffles & foie gras, wine reduction sauce on the side. Superb. Didn't even need the wine reduction sauce. The foie gras added a nice juicy sauce to it (like butter) while the truffles kicked in an added flavor that tasted like wine.
