      super porky broth. excellent melt in your mouth roast pork. noodles were thinner than santoka and the toppings were sparse but that's just an observation.

      i'm going to be dreaming about that broth for days... might have to go back for more today.

      Ahh, ippudo. Possibly my favorite ramen ever.

      It tastes JUST like in Japan. Service and toppings were not quite up to par.
