Fullmoon - Golden Gate Bridge - San Francisco - CA *Explore*
To go to this spot I went behind the sign 'Road close', I was alone
and very exiting and waiting for the full moon. It was awesome to see
this big moon in the coulds! But 10min after a ranger came :( 'it's
forbiden....' I was just taking picture! I had a fine of $125 !!! Wow
'Vive la liberté' in US . It will be never append in France, I'm still
not understanding the reaction of the ranger. To go there to check if
people taking picture at night and give fine.... it's a pity :( Now I
have to sell a couple of photographs! or at least this one ;)

I was there a couple of months ago and this spot was also closed. This photo is definitely worth more than $125.

This photo is worth every dollar of that fine. I've seen many photos taken from this very spot, but in all honesty, this is one of the best. Excellent job.

I agree....worth the 125 bucks, but damn......a ticket for taking pictures, what is this world coming to? sweet shot! this is perfect in all areas. looks really good!

With the moon coming through the clouds and the bridge framing the foreground, the city really stands out and in such beautiful detail. Sorry for the fine, but you will surely make it back.

It's a pitty you got fined -- I too went up there (early morning) and when the ranger saw me, he reminded me that the area was closed. I knew but played innocent : "I thought it only is closed to cars, not pedestrians." -- No fine.
Now with the road construction going on, they may be a bit tougher in enforcing this closure.
