Hello guys! Thanks for compliments.
So the recipe:
Muffins are made by the regular recipe for the Sacher cake only without chocolate if you want them white.
Mascarpone cheese cream is made obviously from mascarpone and I added different flavors or jams.
Strawberry = mascarpone cheese and strawberry jam (or you can add strawberry sauce freshly made when there is a strawberry season)
Blueberry = mascarpone cheese and blueberry jam
Chocolate = mascarpone cheese and melted milk chocolate Manner
Vanilla = mascarpone cheese and bourbon vanilla sugar
Coconut = mascarpone cheese and coconut liqur, coconut flour
Lemon = mascarpone chesse and 2 table spoons of lemon jouce and lemon peel
Give it a try ;) very simple and good!
