Radicchio experiment 1

    Yesterday eve I made pizza and I put grilled radicchio and taleggio (a kind of soft cheese) on half of it: it was a bit strange but I liked it a lot!

      That fusilli recipe looks good as well! Yeah, I did like that strange pizza, but I would eat it only every now and then.
