Another Year in the life of a Melbourne Web Designer

What a week. Although I am feeling a little exhausted, the past week has been one awesome instance after the other. Last night, my girlfriend and I decided to go for a midnight stroll along St.Kilda beach. It was warm out and it seemed like the perfect thing to do. We walked to the beach which was a bit of an ordeal for yours truly as the doofus that I am - tried to break in some Doc Martin’s boots last week and subsequently my left heel is in a diabolical, painful mess! As we were crossing Acland St to head to the beach, we were approached by a guy who wanted to invite us to his weekend ‘Punk Metal Eviction Party’. He saw the camera over my shoulder and asked if I was a photographer. I said, “I try to be…” Anyway, we walked back to his table and he proceeded to draw the invitation for us. How he managed to do that is beyond me and whilst I humored him - my girlfriend was trying hard not to burst out laughing. On paper - pardon the pun - the party sounds like it is going to be a wild night. I am not sure if we do rock up, but if we do - I have been given carte blanche to take as many pics as I want. Which, could be very, very interesting!

All in all, ya gotta luv St.Kilda... especially when the sun sets and the children of the night infest the streets and beaches.

Appropriate that it was a full-moon as well.

Life, right now - is grand.
